Follow these simple tips to help us get the best result for your personalised item.

Keep it clear
Choose a sharp, high-quality photo. Avoid blurry, heavily filtered or pixelated images. The clearer your photo, the better the print.

Find good lighting
Use a well-lit photo so we can see all the important details. Avoid deep shadows, very dark images or bright light that washes out the face.

Get the whole face in
For designs featuring a face, choose a photo with the full face and head visible, leaving a little space around the edges. Front-facing photos usually work best for people and pets!

Adding more than one face?
You can upload a separate photo for each person or use a photo of you together. Select and crop each face individually so everyone appears clearly in your design

Leave the cropping to us
If your design uses a face cutout, upload your original photo and we’ll crop around the face and remove the background. For designs that use the whole photo, choose a background you’re happy to include.

Upload the original where possible
An original photo from your phone or camera will usually give a better result than a screenshot or an image saved from social media.
